3. PRIMARY GOAL OF NEGOTIATION




Negotiation is like neither a game nor a war. it’s about cooperation and signing an agreement that creates both parties feel that they need been successful. the first goal of effective negotiation should be to attain a deal that both parties can accept which accomplishes your goals without making the opposite party go forth from the deal or harming a valuable relationship. Basically, the full point of negotiating with someone is to urge something better than what you’d get without negotiating.
