1. General Information
All certificate, e-certificate and diploma orders are applied after completing course by student. E-book order are applied immediately after completing payment.
2. Delivery Location
Certificate and diploma offered on academyeurope.eu are only available for delivery if student inform his/her delivery address. Diplomas and certificates shall deliver by Academy Europe at locations in Turkey and Germany.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Standard shipping normally takes 5-10 working days for delivery to countries within Europe and 10-14 working days for delivery to countries outside of Europe. However, we do advise to allow up to 28 working days for delivery.
If your item has been received by your national postal provider then you should be able to find a delivery record by going to their website and entering the Global Mail Delivery Code given in your dispatch email, provided your national postal provider has scanned the code upon its arrival into your country.

Academy Europe offers its students free shipping by Global Mail Delivery.
