    I am from Cameroon, and I must say, taking the time to go through Part 1 was definitely worth it. It was truly interesting. It’s indeed true that “people” are the most crucial components of an organization. When their personal desires align with the organization’s objectives, it can foster a greater sense of belonging and help generate both short-term and long-term loyalty.

    Currently, I find myself working in a multinational organization in my country, and reading through Part 1 felt like a flashback to my own recruitment process—how I was selected, discovered, and oriented. It was a great experience. I now understand even more the challenges managers face in aligning business objectives and organizational goals with the personal objectives and goals of their employees.

    Continuous development of the workforce is undoubtedly the way forward. Employees need to feel a sense of belonging and purpose within the organization.
