As legal condition, Academy Europe offers diploma and transcript after student accomplishes to complete MBA Program successfully.

  • Student have to read and follow all open curriculum of MBA program on Academyeurope.EU.
  • Student have to join and enroll MBA Program exams and assay on Academyeurope.EU  if student demands to have diploma and transcript.
  • When student completes MBA Program on Academyeurope.EU successfully, the diploma and trancript processes shall be started and these documents shall be forwarded to students by mail within 3 months.
  • All registration process will take 3 months for graduation.

    It is a well-structured MBA for those who wish to achieve their Higher Education Dreams Despite worrying about Finances(money that you have to spend to qualify), You have to read a lot but trust me it is worth your time and effort. I doubt the recognition of this program but you have nothing to lose here, always, education is priceless in my opinion, really appreciate this and highly recommend this to anyone without hesitation who needs to learn something new, it may be a piece of cake doing a paid MBA if you have done this.

    Alguno de ustedes a tenido alguna situación similar o inconveniente con relación a la descarga del Diploma del MBA?

    随着经济全球化进程加快，不同国家的商务往来日益频繁。而在国际商务环境中这种频繁的往来、沟通和交流已不再是简单的商务往来而是文化与文化的碰撞，是一种跨文化交际。本文主要探讨了跨文化交际能力在国际商务环境中的重要性，列举了跨文化商务活动中语言交际层面的几个重要方面，以及应对商务活动中文化差异的几个策略。

    一、引言

    随着上个世纪六十年代跨国公司的涌现和不断增加，经济全球化进程不断加快，不同国家之间的商务往来频繁，不同文化的碰撞在商务活动中得到了充分的体现，于是在商务领域中很多商务活动不仅仅是商务行为，更是在文化层面上的交流与对话，是在商务环境中的跨文化交际行为，从而出现了跨文化商务交际。因此了解不同文化之间的差异，对于成功进行商务活动、不同国家的商务合作、商务谈判等行为具有重要意义。

    二、基本概念和跨文化交际的重要性

    跨文化交际涉及交际和文化两个概念。从一定意义上说“交际即文化”，在交际过程中文化得以形成。而文化是一个包罗万象的概念，“概括地讲，文化即是人们所思、所言、（言语和非言语）、所为、所觉的总和。跨文化交际即‘不同文化背景的人们（信息发出者和信息接受者）之间的交际’。不同的民族创造了自己特有的文化，也被自己的文化所塑造”。而在国际商务环境中，不同国家的商务活动中必然渗透进不同的文化因素，这些文化差异必然影响商务行为，“大多数成功的企业不仅熟谙世界经济状况和全球竞争力，而且具有同国际企业有效交际的能力”。因此，一个成功的企业不仅要具备高超的经济、技术和管理水平，还要深入了解他国文化以及不同文化间的差异，以便在商务活动中避免因为文化差异而造成的误解、冲突，从而进行成功的跨文化商务交际，达到预期的商务目标。

    国际商务的本质是发生在国际间的经济交往活动。经济交往的目的在于物质与服务的交换，而物质与服务的交换是通过人际交往实现的，所以国际商务活动的本质是人与人之间进行的跨文化的以商务为目的的交际活动，即跨文化商务交际。跨文化商务交际是一种跨文化交际，是跨文化交际行为在国际商务环境中的体现。

    而导致跨文化交际障碍的主要因素则是文化差异。不同文化在价值观、思维方式、行为方式等很多方面都存在或大或小的差异，具体到商务领域，则主要体现在对于商务管理及管理人员的文化观、商务礼节、商务预约、礼物的馈赠、商务谈判和策略，以及对于商务活动中女性的态度等方面的差异。

    三、国际商务环境中重要文化差异的几个方面

    跨文化交际行为分为言语行为和非言语行为，这里着重探讨国际商务环境中言语行为层面的文化差异的几个值得特别关注的方面。

    1.对于管理和管理人员的态度

    不同文化背景的人由于自身文化的特定内涵和界定，具有不同的价值观和行为规则。不同文化背景的企业对于企业管理和管理人员的态度也是不尽相同的。因此，了解这一差异对于商务活动中了解他国企业管理及与其管理人员打交道具有重要意义。

    例如在美国和德国，商务管理的价值观就不同。在美国，企业看中成就和成功，崇尚勤奋、实用主义、乐观主义、清教主义、工作中人际关系的淡薄、机会均等以及对于竞争和个人主义的接受。而德国人的管理观念则不是很强，这源于他们历史上就看重专业技能和能力。在他们看来技能高超的德国工人根本无需管理人员激励他们。

    而在中国，商务价值观则与二者更为不同，中国企业重血族关系、人际关系、尊重长辈及阶层关系。这样的价值观必然使管理模式具有显著的集体主义特点。

    2.商务礼节

    在与不同文化背景的企业进行商务往来时，恰当的商务礼节是必要的。可以说某些必要的商务礼节是不同文化背景的企业间建立贸易关系的开始，甚至决定了企业间能否建立良好的贸易关系、为进一步的业务往来奠定基础。这里就介绍在建立贸易关系之初的几个重要的商务礼节。

    2.1预约

    在国际商务环境中，最初安排与对方国家企业的签约和预约包括打电话、使用中间人等具体细节。不同文化背景的企业在预约时间及最初签约的安排不尽相同，如在正式签约前多久约见企业有关人员最为合适，就要考虑对方企业的文化背景。例如，在墨西哥等很多拉美国家，企业一般提前一个月发邮件或打电话进行预约，然后在签约前一周还要联系一次。而在中国，在进行商务投资之前同对方企业建立关系是很重要的。在与中国企业进行贸易往来时，与当地的企业政府官员预约见面，认识进口人员、购买者及商和合资伙伴，将有助于进行进一步的业务往来。这就是因为中国文化重关系、重往来。

    2.2打招呼

    预约之后就是见面打招呼。而注意观察东道国的打招呼礼节尤为重要。例如美国人的打招呼方式倾向于非正式和友好的。在美国，无论男女，在见面和告别时都要握手，在彼此熟悉的女性之间甚至男女之间，一个拥抱或脸颊的亲吻也是合宜的。他们常常直呼彼此的名字，只是在正式场合或对长辈除外。而在沙特阿拉伯，见面则显得更为亲密——不仅要频繁薄收，还要滔滔不绝；而且男性之间也经常拥抱，彼此亲吻脸颊。可见，不同文化的会面礼节如此之不同，因此见面之前要对东道国的会面礼节有深刻的了解和认识，才会避免在实际会面时因为文化差异而产生尴尬和误解。

    2.3馈赠礼物

    对于商务往来过程中的礼物的赠送，由于文化差异，不同国家的企业也有不一样的礼节。大多数美国人就将在商务环境中馈赠礼物看作是贿赂的一种形式，而在其他许多文化中，馈赠礼物是商务礼节的一部分，是再寻常不过的了。因此，在商务环境中，不仅要了解对方企业对于礼物馈赠的观点和态度，还要了解馈赠礼物的相关信息，如，何时馈赠礼物、赠送什么样的礼物为宜等。商务环境中关于礼物的馈赠，日本企业是比较典型的例子。日本文化重视礼尚往来，馈赠礼物在日本文化中是极其普遍的事情，而且非常讲究。对于日本企业，有几个日子是一定要送礼物的，如一年中的七月十五日和元月一日，而且通常在首次商务会面时赠送礼物。此外，如果受邀到日本家庭里去，通常要带上鲜花、点心或糖果之类的礼物去，这是必要的礼节。可见，日本和美国的馈赠礼节相去甚远。因此在与不同文化的企业建立商务关系、馈赠礼物时，一定要了解必要的馈赠礼节，从而使馈赠礼物的环节对整个商务往来关系的确立起到一个积极的促进作用。

    3.谈判

    由于不同国家和民族都有其独特的文化背景，来自不同文化的人们在语言风格、思维方式、行为方式等各方面也表现出其文化特色。在跨文化的商务谈判中，各国企业在谈判节奏、谈判风格等方面都有很大的不同。例如，北美国家、澳大利亚、英国等国家喜欢速战速决式的谈判风格，而中国、日本及大部分拉美国家则偏爱慢节奏的谈判风格。在交流风格上也有不同，如有的国家喜欢直截了当的风格，而有的国家则更偏向于间接含蓄的风格。

    四、结语

    实现有效的跨文化商务交际的关键是要了解各国的文化差异，因为不同的文化背景下企业的经营方式、管理风格以及进行商务活动时的商务礼节等也不同。在向文化背景不同的企业寻求合作时，了解其文化特点及其与本国的文化差异，对于商务关系的建立、企业间进一步的业务往来都具有积极的影响。商务人士，特别是企业管理人员自身对不同文化有所了解的同时，在制定企业发展策略时，也可以把培养企业有关人员的跨文化商务交际能力作为一项重要内容，从而提高企业进行国际商务沟通和交流的能力，为企业在商务活动中树立良好形象、建立广泛的商务关系奠定基础。总之，在今天这样一个经济全球化、多元文化共同发展的时代，了解不同文化间的差异，在现实交际过程中，特别是在跨文化商务交际中理解、适应他国文化，对于企业的成功是至关重要的。
